Ordering from Adam W. Carlos is quick, easy and secure. You can order by Phone, Mail, or using the PayPal payment system via our Secure Online WebStore.

You must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer in order to view and print the order form. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader, please visit the Adobe website to download and install the software.

Order Online Using PayPal

We only accept credit card orders through our secure online PayPal WebStore. PayPal is a widely used and trusted web-based payment system.

To order from our secure online ordering system just add a product to your shopping cart by selecting the Add to Cart button on the product pages. Enter the number of items you wish to order in the Qty box on the resulting shopping cart page, then hit the Update Cart button. Choose Continue Shopping to return to the online catalog.

To complete your order, selecting the Checkout link from your shopping cart. You can also complete your order by choosing the View Cart button at the top of any website page. Follow the easy on-screen instructions and be sure to completely fill in all the shipping and contact information requested.

Mail Your Order

Click here to print out our order form. Fill out completely with your shipping address and payment information, the number of items, and the subtotal. Make sure to include the order total and all appropriate shipping and tax (TN residents, add 9.25% sales tax) on the form. We gladly accept personal checks and money orders (personal checks must clear our bank before we ship). Mail the completed form with your payment to:

Warranty

If the item (print or t-shirt) arrives damaged in any way or if you are not happy with it, you can return it within two weeks for a refund minus shipping cost.
